Diet

It began when I sought counseling. Through various sessions I came to the conclusion that while my overall physical state was fine, I still suffered from inflammation attributed to my GERD. This created symptoms exacerbated by my irritable mental state. It wasn’t until I visited a dietician who advised me to undergo a Mediterranean diet that I saw change over the course of 2 weeks. Fasting 3 hours before bed resulted in my awakening with reduced acid triggers, eliminating my symptoms by an overwhelming degree. The selection of food choices I consumed also produced far less gas. Drinking more water has kept me feeling rejuvenated. I am hopeful that my condition will improve.

My Diet

The Mediterranean diet consists of seafood and fiber inducing foods
